Corporate event planner in Berlin
Corporate events in Berlin, tailored to your team
Starts as a calendar invite. Stays as a memory.
So the people who usually organise get to celebrate too.
Summer party, Christmas party, team day or client event: somebody always ends up organising it on top of their actual job. And it’s usually the same person who gets the least out of it in the end.
That’s where I come in.
I’ve been planning events since 2012, from the first idea to the last guest: concept, suppliers, running order. You close your laptop and join the party.

Corporate event planning
Planning that fits your event
From the briefing to the last guest.
Some events need a concept and a venue. Others have had both for ages and need someone to hold the rest together. That’s why I start with three questions: what’s already in place? What’s missing? And how much do you want to hand over? I take on the part that’s eating up your time right now. Where you want to stay involved is up to you.

If your venue is already booked
Venue sorted
€2,490 · up to 50 people
The venue is booked. Now the space needs to become a great event. I develop the concept and the running order, coordinate the suppliers and hold everything together on the day. You don’t have to split yourselves between catering, tech and schedule. You get to enjoy your own event, too.

When you’re short on time, not ideas
Interim event management
from €690 per project day
Not every event needs a full concept. Sometimes you’re just short on time. The person organising the event is at full capacity or out of action. The final four weeks before the big date are coming up. Or, for a conference or convention, the scope is so individual that a fixed price makes little sense.
Then I step in as your external project lead for a defined part of your event. At a day rate, and exactly where you need support.
For conferences, conventions and client events, that’s often the right model. What counts there isn’t how many people come, but what sticks: what guests pass on, what ends up in the feed, who says yes again next time. It’s priced by programme, not per head.
Good to know
With this model, overall project management stays with you. I take on clearly defined tasks and work closely with you and your team. Overall responsibility for results, budget and running order stays with you.
If you’d like me to take on that responsibility, corporate event planning is the better fit.

Larger events and different time frames on request. For travel more than 50 km beyond Berlin, I charge €0.50 per kilometre.
How we work together
My fee. Your suppliers.
My fee is fixed and stays the same however much your event costs overall.
You settle catering, tech, venue, decor and other suppliers directly with each provider. I don’t pay anything upfront on your behalf, and I don’t take commission.
So it doesn’t turn into an invoice puzzle, I keep an eye on the overall costs and check the invoices for you.
At a glance:
· Free first call, 30 minutes, online
· 50% on booking, 50% six weeks before the event
· Minimum lead time for corporate event planning: 8 weeks

The Apero Creativo team night
An evening where everyone makes something with their hands and nobody has to prove anything.
Just want a good evening with your team, without anyone sending round polls three weeks in advance? Then you bring the people. I’ll bring the rest.
Aperitivo, materials, music and a creative running order are included. You can spend the evening at your office or find a suitable space for it.
And if a whole evening doesn’t fit around everyone’s after-work plans right now: the team night works just as well as an afternoon.
€59 per person · from 8 people
€472 for eight people. Smaller works too, the evening is still €472. Bigger always works.

Why me
Experience from events, marketing and life inside real companies
I’ve been working in event management since 2012. I started out with conferences of more than 1,000 attendees and trade fair stands of up to 100 m². I know large-scale operations as well as the many little things that decide in the end whether an event works.
After that, I spent several years in marketing, working with different teams. So I know not just the event side but also the perspective behind it: budgets, sign-offs, competing interests and the question of what an event is actually meant to achieve for a company.
Since 2017, I’ve also been planning weddings and private events. Today I bring all of that experience together at Studio Unico.
And I plan for the whole team, not the average. For the ones still dancing at eleven, and for the ones who’d rather sit where you can actually talk. For the ones who want to join in, and for the ones who’d rather watch for a bit first.
A good corporate event doesn’t offer everyone the same thing. It has room for everyone.
FAQs
Quick answers
Tell me about your event
You already have a date in the calendar. Maybe the venue’s sorted too. Or so far all you know is: we want to do something with our team. Any of these is a good starting point.
Tell me briefly what it’s about and where you’re at. I’ll get back to you personally, and we’ll work out together what kind of support makes sense for you.
