How much support do you need?
Not every wedding needs the same support. That’s why there are five packages, so you can find the one that fits.
You can hand over most of the planning, get help with individual tasks, or bring me in just for the wedding day. And if you find yourselves somewhere between two packages, we’ll work out together what makes sense for you.
If you’d like to hand over all of the planning
Full planning
12% of your wedding budget · minimum €4,400
Your wedding budget is the total you’re setting aside for the whole wedding: venue, suppliers, decor and everything else combined.
I take on your wedding from the very first thoughts to the last dance: budget planning and ongoing tracking, a design concept including a digital moodboard, venue research and joining you at viewings, choosing and coordinating your suppliers, your personal timeline and regular check-ins. I’m the point of contact for your guests, too.
On the wedding day itself, I’m there from setup until after the first dance. Not to tell you what to do, but so you don’t have to take care of anything. I hold the threads together, sort out whatever needs sorting and keep the overview while you live your day.
If your venue is already booked
Partial planning “Venue sorted”
€3,900 fixed price
Like full planning, just without the venue search.
You’ve already set the place and date but don’t want to carry the rest of the planning on your own. I take over the entire remaining planning process: from choosing and coordinating your suppliers to budget, design and timeline, right through to the check-ins before the wedding and support on the day itself.

You’ve done the planning. Even so, on the wedding day you shouldn’t have to deal with delivery times, last-minute questions or the running order.
Beforehand, I get to know you and your plans, create your personal timeline, clear up open points with all your suppliers and coordinate with your wedding party and guests. On the day, I also take care of the little things that need doing: from name cards and favours to the emergency kit, in case something’s missing after all. You don’t need to know whether everything’s running smoothly on the day. That’s what I’m there for.
If you’re stuck on one thing
Supplier scouting
€590 per category · €790 for the venue
You know what you’re looking for. Just not who to get it from.
I research and introduce you to up to three suitable suppliers in the category you need. I then handle further contact until the contract is signed and, if you’d like, arrange visits or trial appointments. Afterwards, you have all the key details in one place and can carry on planning yourselves.
If you want to plan yourselves but not decide everything alone
Planning coaching
€890 as a package · €190 per single session
You’re planning your wedding yourselves but would like someone by your side at certain points: someone who thinks along, answers questions and tells you what really matters.
The package includes three 60-minute sessions, a personal planning check, checklists, budget spreadsheets and other overviews that stay useful long afterwards, plus a timeline we put together. You make the decisions. I help you feel good about them.
All prices are final. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), Studio Unico does not charge VAT.
From the first idea to your wedding day
Some of the planning happens where you can see it. A lot of it happens behind the scenes.
It all starts with one thing: a conversation. I want to know what matters to you, how you picture your wedding and where you might not be quite sure yet. Bit by bit, that turns into a plan that suits you, with a clear budget, the right suppliers and everything it takes to turn your ideas into a real wedding.
And while you look after the things you want to create yourselves, I take care of the rest. I research, ask around, compare, coordinate and keep track of what’s happening now and what’s coming up next.
That’s how the planning grows, step by step. You won’t need to see all of it. That’s exactly the point.

Understand
I listen and ask questions. What should feel like you? What are you looking forward to most? And where would you love someone to take over?

Make the plan
Your ideas become a concept that hangs together and a budget you can work with. You know which decisions are coming up, what’s already settled and what you don’t need to think about right now.

Stay on it behind the scenes
Now a lot happens that’s hard to see from the outside: researching suppliers, coordinating enquiries, comparing quotes, scheduling appointments, answering follow-up questions and keeping track. I take care of it, so none of it ends up on your plate between work, everyday life and everything else on your to-do list.

Keep an eye on the day
When your wedding finally arrives, my role changes once more. I keep an eye on the running order, I’m the point of contact for suppliers and guests, and I take care of whatever comes up. On the day, you don’t need to think about who has to be where and when, or whether something’s missing. You can simply be there.
And what if I see things differently?
Maybe that’s one of the questions on your mind when you plan with support: what happens if I’d do something differently from you?
The answer is actually quite simple. You have the final say on every decision. I bring my experience, make suggestions and explain what I’m thinking about. But you don’t have to decide the way I would.
If you want something different, we’ll do it differently. It’s not about talking you into an idea. It’s about backing you up in your decisions.
That’s why, in our very first conversation, we talk about how you’d like to work together and how much you want to hand over. So it’s clear from the start where you need my experience and where you call the shots.
I plan weddings in Berlin and Brandenburg. On request, I also work internationally, with a focus on Italy.

The moments that matter in the end
For me, it’s often not the big moments on the programme that stay with you from a wedding. It’s the laughter during the ceremony, a quick hug, a look where nobody needs to say a thing. Things that can’t be planned and happen anyway, because everything else is in its place.
That’s why I take care of the organising. So you don’t have to wonder whether the timing’s on track, someone’s waiting for an answer or something’s missing somewhere.
Because in the end, you shouldn’t remember how well the planning worked. You should remember what it felt like to share this day.
